Obituary of Louise H. Doyle

Please share a memory of Louise to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Louise I. Doyle Louise died Thursday, April 28, 2016 at her home in Lake Placid, surrounded by loving family members. Louise was born on March 27, 1927 in Hoboken, New Jersey. She lived in Norwich, NY, and raised her family there. She was a nurse with several doctors in Norwich over the years and worked in Chenango Memorial Hospital as well as at the Chenango Valley Home until she was 82 years old. She was married to Robert G. Doyle in 1946, and they had three children together: Robert, Patricia, and Susan, all surviving. She has 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She would like to be remembered in the following way: I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one, I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I'd like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I'd like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun. Of happy memories that I leave when life is done. There will be a private service with her family at a later date and no calling hours. The M. B. Clark, Inc. Funeral Home in Lake Placid, NY is in charge of arrangements. Relatives and friends are invited to share a memory, upload a photograph or leave online condolences at www.mbclarkfuneralhome.com .
