Aaron James Babbie (Daddy) passed away unexpectedly on October 11, 2020. He was born May 1, 1982 in Plattsburgh, NY. Aaron worked for the village of Rouses Point at the recreation center until he became disabled. He enjoyed his job as he loved hockey and his village. Aaron’s greatest accomplishment was his children. He loved spending each and every day with them playing outside, swimming, going for walks, watching them learn to play sports, singing and watching movies. He loved the lake and fishing, swimming, boating, skating or just sitting quietly on the dock. He also was a great practical joker. Aaron sadly left behind three children, Kamaryn, Kadence and Brayden, his mother Lisa Racine-Gauthier and step-father Henry, his father Ronald Babbie and step-mother Paula, his brother Nicholas Babbie, step-brothers Jonathan (Heather) and Jeremy (Kaley) Gauthier, step-sister Trina Guestella, his grandmother Donna Racine and nieces and nephews Austin Tetreault-Babbie, Jayse, Willow and Harper-Babbie, Brennan, Eli, Aubrey, Ty and Marley Gauthier and Autumn Guestella. Aaron also has many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that will be missing him greatly. He would especially like to thank Grant and Jennifer for their friendship and help. Aaron is predeceased by his grandfather Alfred Racine, Jr., grandfather Bernard Babbie and grandmother Evelyn Babbie. Calling hours will be held at M. B.
