Obituary of Lucy L. Preston

Lucy L. Preston, 62, of Alpine Lane, Lake Placid, NY passed away peacefully, Surrounded by her loving family, after a lengthy illness on February 24, 2025. Lucy was born in Lake Placid May 17, 1962 the daughter of Clifford J. and Vivian (LaFountain) Reyell. Lucy married the love of her life, Kevin Preston on June 5, 1982. Together they raised two daughters where they enjoyed outdoor activities including horseshoes, barbecues, and camping. Her passion in life was cooking and taking care of others. She is survived by her husband Kevin, her 2 children Keisha Jordon and her husband Justin, Kylie Daby and her husband Daniel. She was the best nana to 6 grandchildren, Schyler Jordon, Spencer Daby, Talan Jordon, Kyra Jordon, Aubrey Daby, and Gavin Daby. She is also survived by several brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, endless friends and loved ones. Lucy was predeceased by her father and mother, her sister Vicky and her brother George. There are no services scheduled at this time. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at High peaks Hospice. The M. B. Clark, Inc.
