Francis Edward O'Connor of Sewall's Point, Florida and Keene, New York died peacefully in his home in Keene, New York on October 5, 2013. He will be missed by all who knew him. Son of Andrew and Hannah (Bresnahan) O'Connor, he was born in Chicago on February 8, 1918. He was predeceased by hisbeloved wife of over 70 years, Esther, and his great-granddaughter, Grace O'Connor Angerame. He was greatly loved and leaves behind two daughters and their husbands, Janice and Bill Loud of Hobe Sound, Florida and Maureen and Dan Deighan of Sewall's Point, Florida and Keene, New York; one grandson in Virginia, Timothy Pollachioli, his wife Laura and their two sons, Anthony and Phillip; and two granddaughters, Bridget O'Connor Angerame and her husband Danny of Houston, Texas, and Chantal Barland De Villena, her husband Bert and their son, Asher, of San Antonio, Texas; as well, a niece, Mary Eileen Raybould and her husband, Milton, of Houston,Texas. He received his law degree at DePaul University, Chicago and his MBA at the University of Chicago. He was employed by Chicago Title and Trust Company as Executive Vice President and President of the Trust Division. He was a member of St. Joseph parish in Stuart, Florida and St. Brendan parish in Keene, New York. He and Esther were members of the Arts Council of Martin County Florida since its beginning and supported many of their programs, especially Art is Everywhere. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father John Yonkovig at St. Brendan's Catholic Church, Keene, New York on Monday October 14, 2013 at 11am. Memorial donations made be made to the Arts Council, 80 E. Ocean Blvd., Stuart, FL 34996.
