Candle 5
Victoria Kelly
To all the members of Colleen's family, I send my most sincere condolences.
Colleen was a special friend who lived next door to me when my family owned the Mon Amour Lodge on Lake Placid. I met her when I just came out of High School at age 18. Colleen taught me many lessons about growing up, how to treat people properly and how to run the restaurant business and how to operate a pool. She was so funny on days that I needed a good laugh and to this day, I still remember her many funny jokes! I still have a picture of her now.
She was a good friend of my mother's, Pat Kelly, when Mom was alive and with us until 1984. After my mother's death, Colleen would come over and see me and lend a hand and check in on me to see if I needed help and support. We both shared the love of dogs and her beloved 'Tony and Nicky'.
With Colleen as a neighbor, I can truly say that I was very blessed and my time in Lake Placid was full of happy memories. Her spirit is unforgettable!
Most sincerely,
Victoria (Tory) Kelly
