Champlain Pauline T. Lammers, 87, of South St., Champlain, died peacefully, Saturday, April 2, 2016 at UVM Health Network / CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh, with her loving son by her side. She was born in Champlain May 11, 1928 a daughter of the late Honorius and Flora (Bouchard) Gregoire. Pauline was a life resident of the area and attended local schools. She married James P. Lammers who predeceased her in May of 2011. She was a loving homemaker and enjoyed sewing and gardening. Her loving family includes her son James M. Lammers and wife Tammy of Tucson, AZ, her grandchildren Allen Lucas, Jr., Shannon Camacho, Theresa Lammers, Jamie Lammers and Michael Lammers. Also surviving are her siblings Dennis Gregoire of Colorado Springs, CO, John Gregoire of Tacoma, WA, Donald Gregoire of Tridesdale, NY, Rita Johnson of Morrisonville, NY and Jeanne Brennan of Rouses Point, NY. Several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to her parents and her husband, Pauline was predeceased by several siblings. Services will be private and at the convenience of Pauline's Family. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery on Church Street, Champlain, NY. Arrangements are in the care of M.B. Clark Funeral Home, 196 Elm Street, Champlain, NY.
