Another masterpiece of art…. body work and paint job by Rob. 1967 GTO. This car was painted 28 years ago and still looks concourse show quality today. A tribute to Rob’s craftsmanship, attention to detail, quality and perfection! Skills that unfortunately are lost with you and hard to find in those that follow you in this profession. You will be missed my friend.

This is the last full paint job Rob did before closing Alpine Auto. I completed building the car in August . At the Burlington NSRA Regionals, it was awarded “Outstanding Use of Color “ and was one of two cars from the Burlington show invited to next year’s Nationals in Louisville, KY to compete for “Best Paint” against 12 cars (two from each Regional show) from all of this year’s Regional shows around the country. Rob, you were a true artist and created many masterpieces including this 55 Chevy and my GTO. A great friend who will be sorely missed. Condolences, thoughts and prayers to Marcia, daughters and family.
