Obituary of Marybelle L. Foulk

Champlain Marybelle L. Foulk, 89, formerly of Paradise, CA, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2013 at Meadowbrook Health Care in Plattsburgh, NY with her loving family by her side. She was born in Elyria, OH August 4, 1924 daughter of the late William E. and Marion (Strother) Phillips. Marybelle was a longtime resident of Paradise, CA, having moved to the area to be closer to family. She was a very spiritual individual and enjoyed her time with her friends in the "Prayer Warrior" group. Her loving family includes her children Alan Wm. Foulk, Clifford R. Foulk, Joanne E. Troutman, and Mary L. Brown, and her grandchildren, Scott J. Troutman, Christina M.E. Fisher, Jennifer L. Matton, David S. Brown, Sean Brown, Mischell L. McCoy, Debra J. Troutman, Chrsytal White, Kevin D. Foulk, Keith A. Foulk, and Nicholas Foulk. Numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren also survive. In addition to her parents, Marybelle was predeceased by her husband Harry Wm. Foulk, a daughter Marion L. Foulk and a granddaughter Shannan F. Foulk. Calling Hours were held on Tuesday, December 10th at M.B. Clark Funeral Home, 196 Elm St., Champlain, NY 12919. The family will receive relatives and friends beginning at 2:00 pm at the Nazarene Church in Paradise, CA. Interment with Graveside Services will be at 2:00 pm on Sunday, January 12th at East Lawn Memorial Park, South Gate, Sacramento, CA 95819. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Marybelle's memory may be made to Hospice of the North Country, 358 Tom Miller Rd., Plattsburgh, NY 12901.
