Obituary of Kathy Jane Henderson

Chazy Kathy Jane Henderson, 57, of State Route Route 9, Chazy, NY passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh with her loving family by her side. She was born in Rileyville, PA on February 3, 1955 a daughter of the late Clarence Albert and Virginia May (Haines) Bird, Sr. Kathy was raised in Pennsylvania and attended North Pocono High School. She was employed as Chief Manager for Dunkin Donuts in Champlain, NY for the last 15 years. She was a loving homemaker, mom, wife and grandmother who will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends. Her loving family includes her husband, Edmond "Beanie" Henderson of Chazy, her children Debbie Henderson of Mooers, Tracy Dupee and husband Randy of Champlain, Laura "Lori" Henderson Gamache of Champlain, Lisa Mclean and husband Shane of Champlain and Edmond Henderson, Jr. and fianc Kayli Magoon of Mooers, her sisters Roseann Racht and husband Gary of Honesdale, PA, and Linda Kalinich and husband Bill of Scranton, PA, her brothers, Robert Bird and companion Joanne of Scranton, PA, Raymond Bird of Madisonville, PA and Clarence Bird, Jr. of Port Jarvis, NY, and her grandchildren, Kristen Blow, Stephanie Bechard, Randy Dupee, Jr., Kaysie LaValley, Shonna LaValley, Dylan LaValley, Joseph Henderson, Austin Henderson, Aiden Magoon, Logan Magoon, Teasha Magoon and Travis Gamache. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. In addition to her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by a brother Edward Mazurick, a son Joseph Henderson and a granddaughter, Nicole Gamache. Calling hours will be from 3:00 to 5:00 pm, today, Saturday, May 26, 2012 at M.B. Clark Funeral Home, 196 Elm St., Champlain, NY. A Prayer Service will follow at 5:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Chazy, NY. Donations in Kathy's memory may be made to her family.
