Patricia Anne Faerber Glaude, 89, of Rouses Point, NY died July 17, 2014 in Elizabethtown, NY. Patricia was born in Philadelphia, PA, on March 26, 1925. Her parents, Gustave G. Faerber and Edna Arold Faerber, raised Patricia and her two siblings in Syracuse, NY. It is there, where Patricia married, Maurice George Glaude Sr. "Mike" on April 13, 1952. Patricia earned her bachelor's degree in education at Syracuse University and was a renowned French Teacher within the Northeastern Clinton Central School District for thirty-six years.

"Pat" was a jet-setter travelling all over the world. She was an amazing pianist who was also the organist at Christ and St. John's Episcopal Church in Champlain, NY. Patricia was a longtime member of the local gourmet club, loved to knit (especially for family), and had a deep admiration for her friendly felines. Above all, Patricia cherished her granddaughter and great-grandchildren (Alex and Will were her "center of the universe"). Pat loved to share her knowledge and travel experiences. She was a role model to all on how to live your life to the fullest.

Patricia is survived by her son, Maurice George Glaude Jr. and his wife Tammy of Rouses Point, NY, Grandchild, Carolyn Smith and her husband, Jared Smith, and two Great-Grandchildren, Alexander and William of Dedham, MA, Sister, Deborah Evans of Miami, FL and Sister-In-Law, Eleonore Faerber of Bloomfield, CT and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. She is predeceased by her husband, Mike, brother, Emlen Faerber, sister-in-law, Ruth Rivet, and brother-in-law Luther Evans.

Calling hours are scheduled for Friday, July 25th at M B Clark Funeral Home, Lake Street, Rouses Point, NY from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. A funeral will be held Saturday, July 26th at 11:00am at Christ and St. John's Episcopal Church, Butternut Street, Champlain, NY. Burial will immediately follow at St. Mary's Cemetery on Church St in Champlain. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Rouses Point Fire Department EMS, Ambulance Fund, PO Box 139, Rouses Point, NY 12979 or any Clinton County Animal Shelter of your choice.
