Margaret "Peggy" Bickford 62 of Lake Placid passed away on October 26, 2014 peacefully and surrounded by her family. She was born on September 28, 1952 in Harrisburg, PA to Frances Betters and Corrine Dubeck.
Peggy loved cooking, gardening and most importantly spending time with her family and friends. She will be missed for her warm smile, sense of humor and all around good nature. She worked for the family business for several years before cooking for the kids at Kinderpals.
She leaves behind her Husband, Mark Bickford, a daughter Pamela (Michael) Shambo of AuSable Forks, and two grandchildren Corrine and Dexter Shambo both of AuSable Forks.
Her final wishes were for no calling hours or services, but a memorial reception will be held at her residence on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at 12pm.
The M.B. Clark, Inc., Funeral Home in Lake Placid, NY is in charge of arrangements.
