Obituary of Theodore O. Peck

Theodore O. Peck, age 84, of Wilmington, NY died Friday, May 4, 2012 at AMC-Lake Placid. Mr. Peck was born February 18, 1928 in Wilmington, NY. He is the son of the late Howard and the late Rose (Lewis) Peck. He was a Veteran of the Korean War serving in the United States Army. He married Shirley Ann Hinckley in Lake Placid June 13, 1953. She died January 31, 2003. He had worked in Lake Placid for several years as Supervisor of the Lake Placid Municipal Electric in Lake Placid, NY. He was a member of the American Legion, Post 326, Lake Placid, NY, a member of the National Rifle Association and loved the time spent with his family, hunting, fishing and was a " jack of all trades", having the knowledge to fix anything. Mr. Peck is survived by two sons, Clarence Peck and his wife Jennifer of Tupper Lake, NY and Theodore O. Peck, Jr. and his fianc Carrie of Wilmington, NY; one daughter, of Lake Placid, NY; one brother, William "Billy" Peck and his wife Carol of Wilmington, NY; one sister, Beatrice Peck of Wilmington, NY. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, Josie, Josh, Jess, Jordan, Camile, Matthew, Gregory, Keith, Travis and Colton and 7 great grandchildren, He was predeceased by three sisters, Wanita, Loretta and Theresa; two grandchildren Clay Suzanne and Christopher Peck and an infant Sibling "Baby Peck". There are no calling hours. A Graveside Service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. The M. B. Clark, Inc. Funeral Home in Lake Placid, NY is in charge of arrangements. . .
