Jamie H. Gaudette, 40, of Plattsburgh, passed away unexpectedly at his home Saturday, January 17th, 2016.
Jamie was born on January 13, 1976 in Saratoga Springs, New York, to the late Claire Pelkey of Plattsburgh and Gerald Gaudette Sr. of Rouses Point. Jamie was a loving father to his twelve year old son, Kaiden Gaudette of West Chazy. Jamie is survived by his sister, Julie Bouchard and her husband Todd of Rouses Point, a brother, Jerry Gaudette of Suffield, Connecticut, a niece, Karissa Matott and her husband Adam of Malone, nephews Joshua Hicks of Champlain, and Jesse Juneau and his fiancée Alyssa Hansen of Champlain, along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Jamie graduated from Beekmantown Central School in 1994, where he was an avid athlete of football and wrestling. He lived a youthful life, filled with many fond memories with his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the University of Vermont Children’s Hospital.
The family has requested private services.
