Elizabeth Shehadi, age 101, of Palm Beach, FL died Saturday, August 11, 2012 at Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL. She was born December 24, 1910 in Syracuse, NY the daughter of the Joseph and the Nadeha (Freize) Shehadi. She graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business. Elizabeth was a businesswoman owning stores in Lake Placid, NY and Palm Beach, FL. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by two nephews, John Shehadi and Steve Shehadi; two cousins, Leila Freize and Richard Freize as well as several great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, her brother George Shehadi and her sister Evelyn L. Shehadi and a nephew Andy Shehadi. There are no calling hours. A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, November 9th at 10:00 AM at North Elba Cemetery in Lake Placid, NY. Rev. John Martin will officiate. The M. B. Clark, Inc. Funeral Home in Lake Placid, NY is in charge of arrangements. Relatives and friends are invited to leave a memory, thought, prayer and "Light a Candle" for the family at www.mbclarkfuneralhome.com .
