To Rusty's family,
Rusty was a special person, always ready to lend a hand. Rusty knew more stats than anyone I ever met.Once years ago we were sitting in my brothers shop and Marty Bruce came in. Rusty recited his pistol permit number and Marty said how do you know that. Rusty went on to say that Marty showed him a long time ago.
