Today I found out that Betty passed on Dec.9th .Betty was a childhood friend we grew up together went to school together and were best of friends,our last school reunion was in 2014.Our little notes on updates and our Christmas Cards were special.she was one of a kind, caring,special in every way.I will miss her.Heaven needed an angel and I know that she will be looking down on us.My heart goes out to her family and her husband Gerald.Rest in peace Betty with mush love Shirley.

I am so sad to hear about the passing of such a wonderful woman. I have such good memories of her from work. She always had a smile on her face and was such a thoughtful lady. We shared a lot of laughter. She had a way of making a bad day good. Sure am going to miss you Betty. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you Gerald and your family. God needed a very special angel and he got one when he took Betty. RIP my friend.

So sorry for your loss, I remember the first time I met Betty Jean, I was working @ Ayerst. She came into our lab to pick glassware, she said You are Susan Laware right I said yes. She said You know we are related I said we are,she said yes we are cousins, she said my Aunt Rose lived with your Grandmother Brown. It was an honor to be Betty Jeans cousin, she was a beautiful person inside & out. Last time I saw her & Gerald was @ Tracey Girdich wedding, what a great time visiting with her

I think of Betty so often and will always remember her kindness. She was so thoughtful over the years and sent family information and newspaper clippings that she thought we'd like to know about. We would know very little about our mom's history if Betty hadn't shared so much. It was so nice for all of us to have that one last connection to our mom. Our mom (and all of us too) thought so highly of Betty and Gerald.
