Mildred J. LaVigne, age 89, of Chazy, NY died Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Elderwood of Uihlein at Lake Placid in Lake Placid, NY where she had been a resident since March 2016. Mrs. LaVigne was born April 4, 1928 in Spanishburg, West Virginia. She is the daughter of the late Wiley and the late Violet (Green) McKinney. She worked as a bookkeeper at Wyeth Ayerst Pharmaceuticals in Rouses Point, NY. There are no calling hours. Services will be held in West Virginia at the convenience of the family. The M. B. Clark, Inc. Funeral Home in Lake Placid, NY is in charge of arrangements.
