Anita R. Friel, age 65, of Lake Placid, NY died Friday, May 4, 2018 at Elderwood of Uihlein at Lake Placid in Lake Placid, NY. Mrs. Friel was born April 21, 1953 in Nyack, NY. She is the daughter of Seymour I and Florence B. (Beck) Robertson. She is the wife of Gary S. Friel, they were married in Pearl River, NY and were married for 37 years. .
She was employed by Pan Am Airlines, Rockley, NJ as a(n) Data Entry Operator and after making their home in Lake Placid, NY she worked at Uihlein Mercy Center for 10 years.
She is survived by her husband, Gary S. Friel formerly of Lake Placid, NY and now residing in Redford, NY; one son, Adam Friel his wife Jennifer and their children, Olivia and Lydia of Redford, NY and one daughter, Nicole Harrington her husband Paul and their son Anthony Begbie of Queensbury, NY.
