I was very sad to hear of Lucilles passing, she was a true treasure. I spent many of my young years out at Craigwood golf course. while there I was blessed to meet and spend a lot of time with many great people. Lucille and her husband Ray were two I remember so very well. They took me under there wing and taught me everything they knew about golf and life in general. They related everything in life to the game of golf and vice versa. Even after Lucille could no longer drive to Craigwood a dear friend of mine who lived downstairs from her at the greenwood apartments would say she could hear Lucille chipping golf balls and putting in her apartment above. I was blessed and will treasure the years I spent with Lucille and many of the lessons her and Ray taught me helped to make me who I am today.

Lucille,
I spent so my hours with you that I felt like you were a part of my family. I know you were definitely a part of the Craig Wood Golf Club Family. If a day past and you didn’t come to the golf course we noticed. If it was two days I was on the phone to check on you. You where a very large part of the daily operations of the golf course. You made the guest feel welcome and gave them a history lesson of the course and Craig Wood. I can remember my younger years when Ray and you would be together and I would just love to hear the stories of the Golf lives you and lived. Now you two are back together again and the true Instructer that was ment to teach you is at your side to help you again.
I tried and I was not Ray but you are back together with the love of your life Rest In Peace.
I was blessed to know you and Ray and spend time with the both of you.

You'll be missed by many Mrs. Randall, I enjoyed helping you over the year's at the garage, giving you rides, visiting with you and and our many conversations over the years. You're now with the love of your life playing a few rounds of golf I'm sure of and enjoying times with many of your friends. You will be missed dearly, love you.....
"I give you this one thought to keep-
I am with you still - I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush,
I am the swift, uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not think of me as gone-
I am still with you - in each new dawn."
