Millie and Shelley, please know my thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult time. Stan was a great man, husband and dad to your family, but also a second dad to many of us growing up together in the neighborhood. We all had a great life then because all our parents watched over us all. May Stan rest in eternal peace and continue his diligence over us all.

Uncle Stanley, I always remember growing up when he'd visit at my grandparents, Ed & Erma VanCour. He was soft spoken, gentle and the kindest man I'd known then and now. He was impeccable with his word and pure integrity. Today, for having known him and simply for having been in his presence then (as a teen), I know the strength and peace of love. Uncle Stanley was as close as one can be to a pure soul...one that literally radiated love. His love and peace about him was tremendous. When I think of him now, I first see his genuine caring smile and feel the love of Jesus Christ. He absolutely walked with Christ then and now.

Please accept our sincere heavy thoughts of the family memories when we loose someone. We always enjoyed our visits with stan and millie. Never seemed to have enough time to spend with them. The knowledge that Stan had stored through the years that he shared will never be forgotten. Blessings to all.
