I am just hearing about Bill’s passing and I am so very saddened by this news. Bill was my son Tommy’s teacher of the deaf for several years at Moriah. He was such a wise, intelligent, witty and caring person and he had a huge impact on my son’s life, academically, socially and personally. Bill genuinely cared about my son’s success, which I greatly appreciated. I feel very fortunate to have known Bill. He was a remarkable person and will truly be missed.
