Thursday, September 26, 2019I am just hearing about Bill’s passing and I am so very saddened by this news. Bill was my son Tommy’s teacher of the deaf for several years at Moriah. He was such a wise, intelligent, witty and caring person and he had a huge impact on my son’s life, academically, socially and personally. Bill genuinely cared about my son’s success, which I greatly appreciated. I feel very fortunate to have known Bill. He was a remarkable person and will truly be missed.

Wednesday, September 4, 2019Please accept my sincere condolences. I never took any of his courses at SMSD, however, I heard many great stories from my classmates and friends about his teaching style. I know for sure MANY deaf students will miss him. Godspeed.

Wednesday, September 4, 2019To Bill's family and relatives, I am sorry for your loss. Bill was my soccer coach and high school supervisor at St Mary's School for the Deaf in Buffalo NY many many years ago! I loved him. Even my mom loved him. When I was a kid, he showed and challenged me to fingerspell DOG on my left hand and CAT on my right land at the same time. I told him that I couldn't do that. He told me that he learned it from his Deaf friend at the Deaf Club in the past Then he told me that I can do it! I was gulped and practiced it. I made it. I still do it... He was an awesome and respectable guy! I will miss him. Sincerely, Peter
