To The Family of Neil Pratt,
My sincere condolences on the passing of a great man. "Noey", as Uncle Bill used to call him, was one heck of a woodsman. I shared many adventures with him in my younger days. I am especially fond of the trip to Da Swisha with Mark, Bill and George. Many of us have stories about him that will immortalize him. Rest in peace, old friend, and I would be willing to bet that you will be now showing the Good Lord, himself, some secret fishing spots that even he didn't know about.!
