I worked with Frank at Austin's Garage during the summer of 1966 - the best summer of my young life. Frank was always interested in having fun, but when it came to work he was totally serious. We got along great. At least once a week, after work, we'd get in his Lincoln and go for a drive - Albany for a Mike's sub, Utica for a beer, Plattsburgh to visit friends, Montreal to show me some interesting sights. After Frank went to L.I. we hardly ever had contact, but I'll always remember that fun, hard working guy who I'll always consider a friend.
