Russell Roy St. Andrew, 80, of Champlain, NY was born May 30, 1939 and was given his eternal wings and returned to our heavenly Father on May 26, 2020. Russell was an avid fisherman and loved music. He enjoyed playing many instruments, but the guitar was his favorite, especially during the time he was the leader of the Country Cowboys Band. Russell is leaving behind many friends and family.
He is survived by his wife Kathy St. Andrew, two sons Bruce & James St. Andrew, his three daughters Shannon Jaquay, Jennifer DeVaul & Christal Martz, and stepchildren Ghislaine, Albert Jr. & Carrie, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Russell is also survived by his sisters Nora Mercaldi and Carmelita Babbie. He is predeceased by his mother & father, one brother and three sisters.
A private burial will take place at St. Mary's Cemetery.
