We have been neighbors with Peg Blazer on Liberty Hill Lane for 20+ years. We have always been inspired by her constant smile and pep for life. We did not know that she came from a farming family but it makes complete sense due to her rugged self. We have fond memories of seeing her walking at John Brown Farm with her dog well into her 80’s. She glowed when she was in the woods and shared the same passion as we did. And we shared the same passion for snow! Very few people get as excited for snow as we do but Peg loved the 1st sign of any snowfall! She couldn’t wait to ski on the fresh powder well into her 80’s! Even as her knee became arthritic, her main priority was getting back to skiing and she proved that after her knee replacement! We never heard her complain about a thing in life, but we did get in trouble a few times when our dog “watered” her front bush! We were always on the same morning routine of walking our dogs and we will miss her immensely. Our goal in life is to be as strong and enduring as she was.
RIP Peg. Dorine Peregrim and Ed Lis
