The world has lost a great man. Growing up with Jim as a neighbor leaves me with many great childhood memories. What a kind man who loved being with people and treated them like family. I recall him being the secret Santa of elm st for several years. I hope that his families many fond memories help the healing process for them.

I called my Mom (Madelyn(LaRoche)Gamache to tell her of Jim's passing, She as well as David LaRoche and My whole family send our Deepest Condolences to all of Your Family. Mom reminded my of a story of when Jim and Marilyn came to our house in Michigan many many years ago, for some reason there was a picnic table and bench set up in the house(maybe a holiday couldn't quite remember)but Jim was sitting at one end and my little brother Todd was at the other end. Todd slid off the bench and needless to say Jim went down. Everyone to say the least was SHOCKED cause how was (little) Todd keeping Jim (grown man) from not flinging Todd in the air...I guess that's what they call perfect balance. I'm sure there was more to the story but that's the story my Mom told me. I kinda remember it happening. Marilyn maybe you remember more....Again Our Deepest Condolences to Your Whole Family

Marilyn, Donna, Larry, and family--Our sincere condolences on the loss of this kind, loving man. I knew Jim through the various horse functions and occasional party at Marilyn's. He was always interested in what was going on. You know he will always be here in spirit.

Doris and I were so saddened to hear the passing of a great man. Good memories of the infamous bowling trips. The time we bought the store and moved here from Boston and the 1st. place we stopped was to see Jim and he laughed so hard because the thought we looked like the Beverly hillbillies with out furniture on a trailer. You will be missed Jim.
