I remember Andrew coming into NAPA Auto Parts in LP around 2015/2016, to buy parts and just shoot the breeze with the counterpeople, before my wife and I moved west to Oregon. Although I did not know him well, he always seemed to be a cheery sort of person - very laid back and happy. He was a grade or two above me through elementary and high school in Lake Placid. His dad, Marty, coached the "Cut and Mut" (Custard, Mustard and Brew) t-ball team, which I played on as a young kid. My condolences to all of his family at this tragic time.

Shelly, Carson, Lexi and all the St.Louis family,
Though this loss is unbearable, Andrew's legacy will always be known. We all are grieving for this loss. We are all so incredibly sorry that this happened to your family. We are all sending healing prayer and support. Every time I saw him with Shelly and the kids he was smiling. To me, he was a proud father, husband, son, nephew, friend, the list goes on. His smile is how we will remember him. His skills on and off the ice are what we will take to each and every game. I am so sorry other about Andrews passing.My friend Andy Cavallero and I shared many days at Craig Wood, with Andrew discussing golf, baseball, and hockey. As you can imagine, the talks were always spirited, but very civil, and in good fun. Words can not do justice, to how much we will miss those days.
