Please share a memory of Carol to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Carol Ann Manor, 82, passed away peacefully at her home on September 30, 2021 with her family by her side. She was born to the late Clement and Laura Aubrey on December 30, 1938 in Tarrytown, NY, however Rouses Point was the only place she would ever call home. Carol began her career working in the office for Ayerst Laboratories. She took a break from work to care for her family, before she returned to the newly named Wyeth Laboratories on the packaging line until her retirement. Carol had many interests that kept her young. She loved a good yard sale, and for decades set up her own, which she took great pride in. She also served on the Legion Auxiliary at Post 912 and the Fellowship group. She is survived by her daughter Tamara Manor, her son Kevin Manor (Maggie), her sister Patty Babbie, her grandsons Casey and Michael, and many nieces and nephews. Carol is preceded in death by the love of her life, Cyril Manor, along with her brothers Sonny, Jerry, Robert Aubrey, and sister Bernice. Also Hazel, her favorite cat. A graveside service will be held at St. Patrick’s Cemetery on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 11:00 A.M., followed by a Celebration of Life at the American Legion Post 912 in Rouses Point. The family asks donations in Carol’s memory go to Adirondack Humane Society, or the Vermont Kidney Association.
