Anna Mae Sweeny, age 85, of Balsam Street, Lake Placid, NY passed away peacefully with her family by her side, Friday, October 1, 2021 at her home in Lake Placid. Mrs. Sweeny was born October 13, 1935 in Black Brook, NY. She is the daughter of the late Noble and the late Anna Belle (LaBombard) Sawyer. She was the wife of Earl C. Sweeny he died September 11, 2020. Anna Mae is also predeceased by one son Michael Sears.
Anna Mae is survived by her children, Earle Mason and his companion Jean Bouckhoyt of St. Cloud, Florida, Kevin Mason and his wife Susan of Newport Virginia, Linda Marsh of Vermont, Robert Sears, Jr. and his companion Susan Holmes of Lake Placid, NY, David Sears and his wife Stephanie of Lake Placid, NY, Heidi Caple and her husband Robert, Jr. of Lake Placid, NY. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Anna Mae was a very precious lady, willing to help anyone. She loved her family and she had a big heart and will be dearly missed.
