Obituary of Raul P. Perez

Raul P. Perez, 78, of Rouses Point passed away January 1, 2022 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born April 19, 1943 in Purepero, Michoacan, Mexico, he moved to the United States with his family at the age of 15. By age 16, Raul met the love of his life, Magdalilia, and they married 7 years later and had 3 children. Raul loved playing and watching soccer since a young age. At 12 years old he became a hard-working man until his retirement at age 65. He spent the majority of his life living all over California, such as Redondo Beach, Carson, Riverside and Moreno Valley. Raul and his family moved to Rouses Point, NY to be closer to his grandchildren. Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Magdalilia Perez – 76, his sons Juan Raul Perez – 46 and his wife Barbie Lynn Perez – 46, Enrique Perez – 45, and Carlos Alberto Perez – 39, his grandchildren Danielle Gabriella Dye-Perez – 23, Jenna Elizabeth Perez – 18, Michael Adam Perez – 12, and Cruz Gabriel Perez – 8. Family and friends are invited to a visitation at M. B. Clark Funeral Home, 148 Lake Street, Rouses Point, NY from 5:00 – 7:00 PM on Wednesday, January 5, 2022. Masks will be required. Burial will occur in the spring at St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Rouses Point.
