Leon J. Planty, 80, of Lake Placid, New York passed away Monday, March 14, 2022 at his home in Lake Placid. Mr. Planty was born April 24, 1941 in Stockholm, NY the son of the late Walter and the late Eva (LaValley) Planty. He married Joyce Ann Hare. He was predeceased by his wife, Joyce Ann (Hare) Planty, June 15, 2020. There are no services scheduled at this time. The M. B. Clark, Inc., Funeral Home in Lake Placid is in charge of arrangements.
