Doris May Deso passed away on Saturday May 14, 2022 at the Clinton County Nursing Home in Plattsburgh. She was daughter of the late Henry and Lucie Dominy of Champlain, NY.

She was married to Joseph Deso who passed away in 2012, and they had seven children. Left behind are sons Donald, Ronald and Mark of Champlain, daughters Connie LaValley of Ellenburg Depot, Carol Dagley and Karen Bower of Plattsburgh, and Beverly Butte of Phoenix, AZ. Her sisters Gloria Sosa and Marie Roeme of Plattsburgh will miss their big sister, along with many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She had two brothers, Robert and Fred, who are waiting for her.

Doris loved her country music, and back in the day shaking a leg. Her favorite downtime activity was playing bingo with her mom and sisters.

She will be laid to rest with Joe at St. Mary’s Cemetery on Prospect St. in Champlain on Friday, May 20, 2022 at 1:00 PM, with Fr. Alan Shnob presiding.
