To the entire Lamb family I am so sorry for you loss. One of the best memories I have of Winnie was when i was in my.mid 30s and she gave me heck for calling her Mts. Lamb. I always loved to go into the shop when she was there and her skill at mixing matching paint colors is still better than any computerized machine. I hope knowing how many people loved her brings you comfort.

Winnie was a “46er,” three times over, a woman of high fashion, a collector of “en plein air" art, and an award winning gardener, among so many, many other things. She helped run the family store, Lamb Lumber, in Lake Placid, NY, and she was the brilliant the mother of four gifted children.

What a beautiful lady. She was a definite influence in the lives of everyone that called Lake Placid home. She was a dear friend to all and Lake Placid will never be the same without her. God Bless her on her final journey. Prayers for her family in this sad time.
