On Oct.16, 2022 Michael G. Rosler passed away peacefully at Glens Falls Hospital. He was born on Feb. 20, 1939 in New York City to Hans and Lieselotte Rosler. He leaves behind his sister Christiana Pinto, his nephew Adrian Dirks-Pinto and wife Michele and his great nephew Miles Dirks-Pinto, his cousin Gabriele Rosler and second cousin Walther Rosler. And many friends. His early childhood was spent in Argentina. Michael was a graduate of Upsala College in East Orange, New Jersey. He served in the U.S. Navy for 6 years. His working career was in insurance and as a litigator for Liberty Mutual and Commercial Union from which he retired in 1994. His passion was finances and traveling. He traveled the world over; always returning to recount the people he talked with and places he had seen. In 1994 he moved to Lake Placid, N.Y. and became a long time resident. He will be remembered and missed. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, October 28th from 4:00 Pm to 6:00 Pm at the M. B, Clark, Inc. Funeral home in Lake Placid, NY.
