Obituary of John C. Galy

Beloved father, brother, and husband John Galy, aged 73, residing in Champlain, New York passed away on March 17, 2023 after a long battle with dementia. John, born April 19, 1949 grew up in St. Hubert, Quebec. He owned multiple businesses throughout the years. The most recent was Galy Construction where he constructed comfort and security for families across the North Country. He moved to Pasadena, California and at the age of twenty married Cynthia. They went on to have seven beautiful children. His profession was his passion, and his hobby was to give his free time to those in need. He is survived by his wife Cynthia, his brother Andre, his sister Claudette, his children Christine, Paul, Rebecca, Anthony, Daniel, Gabrielle, and seven grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his mother Fern, his father Charles, and his brother Charles. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at M. B. Clark Funeral Home, 196 Elm Street, Champlain, NY 12919 and open to the public.
