7/11/23. I just today learned of the death of Francis. We met in 2015 shortly after I started work, part time as a contractor for Missouri Medicaid in Springfield. He was also a new contractor. We sat side by side in our cubicle and Fran was very helpful to me, he being a pathologist and me a radiologist, together re-learning much about general medicine to be able to determine disability of applicants. We also learned much about one another including families. I am some 20 years older but with similar experiences. I became very impressed with his love and devotion for Karissa and Alexander as they matured. We lost touch during Covid and I knew of some illness, but missed him until now. I have learned much from the obituary, but was surprised of this news. My best hope and prayers for his family. Dan Sullivan MD
