My sincere condolences to the Small family. I have many fond memories of conversations with Jo over the many years we provided insurance for her and her late husband Tom. Jo was always my idea of a real lady. I loved that southern accent and always looked forward to my many encounters with her around Tupper. She will be missed.❤️
