I wish to convey my condolences to Gene, Lori, Mark and Jeff. Carol was a very special person and I loved her like a sister. She and I shared many good and funny memories in our younger years. Although we didn't have as much communication as we should have in our later years, I still felt a close relationship with her and I think she felt the same way. When I went home for a visit in 1999 we spent a lot of time together and it was as if I had never left and we were both sad when my vacation was over. I did call her while she was in the hospital and am very glad that I did. Carol will always be in my heart and in my prayers and I know she will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.
