Susan E. Thompson-Holmes, age 57, of Hamshire, Texas and formerly of Lake Placid, New York passed away on October 25, 2018. Sue was a free spirit and loved life, her family and the many animals on the ranch where she lived with her long time companion Hal German. Sue is survived by Hal German of Hamshire, Texas. Grace Thompson, her mother, of Lake Placid, New York. Her Two daughters, Christina Entrot and her long time companion Leon of Decatur, Illinois; Jackie Hargis and her husband Edward of Decatur, Illinois. as well as Her grandchildren, Leah and Celina Ragsdale. James, Travis, Hailey and Eric Hargis. A older brother John Merrill and Beth of Georgetown, New York; A sister, Linda Cummins and Jeff of Newton, New Jersey and her younger brother David Thompson and Marlene of Lewis, New York. As well as several nieces and nephews. Sue was predeceased by her daughter Tanya Entrot and her father Carl A. Thompson Services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. The M. B. Clark, Inc. funeral home in Lake Placid, NY is in charge of arrangements. Relatives and friends are invited to share a memory, or leave condolences at www.mbclarkfuneralhome.com .
