We were honored to have known Adele. She was intelligent, funny, irreverent, kind and the matriarch of Fire & Ice Restaurant. At a time when gourmet food was in its infancy, Adele introduced our community to dishes like Potage Crecy, Quiche Lorraine, moussaka, and hot ice! The signature starter in the early days of the restaurant. On behalf of all of us, the thousands of people who have worked at Fire & Ice, and all of our guests through the years, we say thank you to Adele for making her dream of owning a restaurant a reality.
