Don was the single most motivating force in my life. He was responsible for welcoming me into NCS as an 8 year old (3rd grader, shh!!!), and inspiring me to overcome fear and anxiety on stage and in life. He was with me at each speech I gave as a blossoming teacher and school administrator, and at each performance as a vocal artist. He loved me and stood by me to the end. He was more than a teacher-mentor-houseparent to hundreds of kids. I will carry his lessons with me always (and pass some down to my daughter Adeline Blue). ❤️ Dimitra
