Lake Placid: John "Johnny" Henry Rickard III, 79, passed away Saturday, October 23, 2021, at the Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake, surrounded by his family. Johnny grew up in many areas of New York State. He was born in Auburn, NY, on June 17, 1942, but his "growing years" were spent in Saranac Lake, Malone, Ithaca and Utica. Johnny married Susan "Sue" Devlin in 1987 and they soon enjoyed life together between Lake Placid and New Smyrna Beach, Florida. He was an avid collector of classic cars and boats.
