Mr. McCasland was a wonderful neighbor. I remember a time when my kids were young, my car wouldn’t start and with one phone call he rushed right up to jump start my car. But my favorite memory was when I ran into him at the Grand Union in LP, he did not know that I had had another baby, he leaned over my newborn, looked up at me and with a grin said ”yup, she’s got my nose” We will miss him but know he had a long, amazing life.
